MA for Voter ID

The proposed law would require a prospective voter to show their photo identification before being given a ballot at a polling place on Election Day. The photo ID would have to be issued by a branch of the United States Government, or by the state, or by a tribal authority recognized either by the United States or the state. Voters who do not present such identification would be permitted to vote if they execute an affidavit attesting to their identity, residence and citizenship.

We need to collect 90,000 signatures from voters before November 21, 2023 to have this question placed on the 2024 ballot.

Audit the MA Legislature

The proposed law would specify that the State Auditor has the authority to audit the Legislature.

We need to collect 75,000 signatures from voters before November 21, 2023 to have this question placed on the 2024 ballot.
