SPRINGFIELD—Several lawsuits challenging the Department of Elementary and Secondary Education authority and the lawfulness of mask mandates in Massachusetts have been consolidated.
The Children’s Health Rights of Massachusetts cases representing several towns around the state, and the Family Freedom Endeavor case will be heard together by Judge David Hodge, Tuesday, 2pm, October 26, 2021 at the Hamden Superior Court, 50 State Street, Springfield, MA.
