Yes, I’m asking Patriots from across the Cape and South Shore to converge on Jane’s event, and thank her for running as a commonsense conservative.
This is how we save our Cape communities from loony liberal group think, and reintroduce thoughtful debate on policies that impact Cape Codders. You supporting Jane is how we make this happen. She is doing the heavy lifting by running and dedicating her life to public service. All you need to do is support her.
Without debate we wind up with bad legislation that restricts our law enforcement, spends tax $ on a solutions looking for a problem, and eventually turns Barnstable County into Suffolk County.
Example: many Cape towns enacted Sanctuary policies in 2017 based on the false premise that we must protect illegal aliens because they are actually more lawful than the Americans who live here.
Since then, our Sheriff has debunked this argument each month by posting the bad hombres booked into the Barnstable House of Corrections. I’ve attached YTD reports below. Still, our state senators ignore the threat to public safety and the Cape Cod victims from the ongoing illegal alien crime spree, and continue to push for Sanctuary State Legislation!
We must hold our elected officials to representing we the people, instead of special interest groups that neither work or live in our community.
The Diversity and Inclusion crowd will tell you that better decisions are made when you get input from people with varying backgrounds and views. I’m all in. Let’s start electing conservatives to municipal positions so we achieve better results from our local government.
