It gives us great pleasure to announce Vest Up 4 the Fallen.
Vest Up 4 the Fallen is a team of military and civilians will join forces and march, 65 Mile from Boston 2 Bourne, tarting on Sunday, Memorial Day weekend at 12:30am and finishing on Monday, Memorial Day between 5-6:00am. This march is limited to only 65 spots and all spots have been filled. Vest Up 4 The Fallen 65 mile march is a time to honor, remember, respect and pay tribute to all the US Armed Forces members who paid the Ultimate Sacrifice in service to our country. The Vest Up 4 the Fallen team will be marching down route 53 and 3A South. Traversing through the following cities and towns Boston, Quincy, Weymouth, Hingham, Norwell, Hanover, Pembroke, Duxbury, Kingston, Plymouth, Bourne, and Buzzards Bay, until they reach their destination at the Massachusetts National Cemetery on Memorial Day Monday, May 31,2021. The team is raising funds for Give2Those.org, a 501c3 non-profit organization. The brave response made by our military and first responders every single day is a reminder to Americans of the invaluable service these courageous men and women provide to our communities, our nation and the world. In addition to providing financial assistance, Give2Those also focuses on engaging communities and citizen participation in taking time to honor, remember and reflect on the sacrifices made by those who serve; and to empower, encourage, support, and reconnect service members, veterans, first responders and their families with themselves, each other, and their community. |
