An Act modernizing firearm laws (previously HD4420). A revised House version of this bill (HD4607) has been introduced and scheduled for a Public Hearing before the House Committee on Ways and Means in conjunction with House Judiciary Committee members. This Public Hearing will be held on Tuesday, October 10th at 11AM in Gardner Auditorium at the State House. There will also be an opportunity to present written testimony to the Committee by submitting via email at AnActmodernizingfirearmlaws@mahouse.gov.
