Wendy Murphy’s preposterous claim—that Supreme Court Justice Samuel Alito leaked his own draft of the decision to reverse Roe v. Wade—falls somewhere between the implausible and the unhinged, (Murphy: Losing Roe means end to critical rights for American women, 5/4/2022).
Alito has already been forced to cancel a public appearance at a judicial conference in Texas. As any rational person could reasonably have foreseen, the leak of the draft has ignited a firestorm of protest from the political Left, including threats of violence and the publication of the home addresses of members of the court—obviously for purposes of harassment.
Murphy actually complains, that without legalized abortion, women will lose their “bodily integrity.” Death through dismemberment also compromises bodily integrity, and that is, exactly, what happens to an unborn child killed in an abortion.
