2022 REPUBLICAN BARNSTABLE COUNTY COMMISSIONER CANDIDATE
RON BEATY SIGNS TAXPAYER PROTECTION PLEDGE
West Barnstable, Cape Cod: Thursday, March 17, 2022 – Ron Beaty, a fiscally conservative 2022 Republican Candidate for Barnstable County Commissioner, as well as prolific Massachusetts Open Meeting Law Advocate, announced today that he has signed the “Taxpayer Protection Pledge” sponsored by Americans for Tax Reform located in Washington, DC.
The Pledge, which was officially notarized and witnessed, states that if elected, Beaty will “oppose and vote against any and all efforts to increase taxes.”
The “Taxpayer Protection Pledge” has been forwarded to the sponsoring organization, Americans for Tax Reform, in Washington, DC.
As far as can be reasonably determined, Ron Beaty is presently the only 2022 Cape Cod area political candidate who has signed the “Taxpayer Protection Pledge” thus far during the current election cycle.
A native-born Cape Codder with many years of experience in Real Estate Management, a former Barnstable County Commissioner, as well as a long-time Regional Community Activist, Ron Beaty is a fiscally conservative Republican presently running for one seat on the three member Barnstable County Board of Regional Commissioners.
The Board is presently under the 100% control of three Democrats.
Barnstable County encompasses all of Cape Cod, including all fifteen towns from Bourne and Falmouth to Provincetown.
