Former so-called ‘Republican’ Massachusetts Governor Bill Weld apparently wants President Trump to face the consequences of treason. And he reminds listeners that the penalty for treason is the death penalty.
Weld endorsed President Obama, endorsed many Democrats, has flip-flopped a couple of times out of and into the Republican Party and is now running a fringe campaign against President Trump.
“Weld is about as stable as a saltine cracker in a rainstorm,” Boston Broadside Editor Lonnie Brennan related. “I’ve seen Bill Weld. At one MassGOP convention, I was even unfortunate enough to be close enough to the guy to be assaulted by his boozy breath. No, I don’t think much of him and his shifting loyalties.
